Returns and Refund Policies

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Ecodunia. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund or exchange—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at connect[at]ecodunia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason (optional but appreciated)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank or card statement

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item is in stock. Email us at connect[at]ecodunia.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact and we will make it right. We'll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
